This course teaches teenagers how to understand emotions, communicate effectively, manage stress, resolve conflict, build confidence, demonstrate empathy, and make responsible decisions using evidence-based emotional intelligence principles. Students complete interactive exercises, real-world scenarios, personal reflection journals, leadership activities, and a final capstone demonstrating emotional growth.
